Client Service Specialist
Location: Cambridge, ID
Cambridge Telephone Company, Inc., CTC Telecom, Inc. is looking to fill the role of Client Service Specialist. CTC is an Idaho-based Telecommunications Carrier and ISP. This will be a full-time non-exempt position, and as such you will be eligible for fringe benefits in accordance with the company’s benefit plans.
As a Client Service Specialist your initial job duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Maintain a constant line of communication with current and prospective customers

Act as primary Customer Care contact for customers

Create Service Orders and complete billing processes
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails for customers in a timely manner
- Respond to first-tier help desk and end-user service requests

Facilitate communication between our customers and our team members both in person and over the phone
- Build strong working relationships with our customers
- Be familiar with and follow company safety policies and procedures
- Other job duties as assigned
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Must be comfortable with technology
- Self-motivated, results-oriented professional with the ability to work with minimum direction
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers
- Must have excellent writing skills and be a good communicator
- Ability to problem solve and work independently in a fast-paced team environment
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
- Valid driver’s license and a good driving record
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS
- This position will require the passing of a background check and a drug screening test
